Hello!!
My name is Sharon. I am excited to share my journey with you today! I am a mother of 5, a wife, a lawyer, Christian, blogger, sewist, and maker.
I learned to sew as an early teen from my stepmom, but my journey as a maker didn’t really start until 2010. I was pregnant with my second child, had a one year old, and wanted to stay at home with my kids. I thought diving back into sewing would save us some cash. (Insert big belly laugh). I also really needed a creative outlet. I can’t say it has saved us anything, but I found a passion, therapy, and space where I come alive!
I started my blog in 2015 as a space to document the things I make and talk about life. I am glad you stopped by and hope you stay awhile. I love to encourage, inspire, and breathe life into the world around me.
